betpk accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates on betpk:
Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements on active bonuses must typically be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise stated. betpk will notify players when bonus expiry is approaching where practicable.
betpk monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players to benefit from bonus terms. Accounts found to be abusing betpk bonuses will have bonus funds cancelled and may be suspended.
Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited. Only completed wagering unlocks bonus-derived winnings for withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount from your betpk account is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional verification steps in line with betpk's anti-money laundering policies.
KYC verification must be completed before betpk will process any withdrawal. You will need to submit a valid CNIC or passport and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. betpk aims to process verification submissions within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.
Standard withdrawal requests on betpk are processed within four hours of approval. betpk VIP Silver members and above benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing. Timelines may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. betpk reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original deposit method is not available for withdrawals. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.
betpk reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login and no transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and have the right to withdraw their remaining balance at any time.

All bets placed on betpk are subject to acceptance by betpk. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number confirming the bet has been accepted. In the event of any technical error during the bet placement process, the bet may be voided and your stake returned.
betpk reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If you attempt to place a bet and the odds have changed before your bet is processed, betpk will either accept the bet at the new odds or return your stake, depending on which option is selected in your account settings.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets on betpk. Specific limits vary by sport and market and are displayed in the relevant betting section. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be limited to the maximum payout.
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours, bets will stand unless betpk states otherwise. If an event is cancelled outright or not completed within the 72-hour window, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. betpk reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether caused by a pricing error, a data feed fault, or a technical malfunction. betpk will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly in such cases.
All casino games available on betpk – including slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, and virtual sports – are provided by licensed third-party game developers. The random number generators used in these games are independently certified and audited. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate as of the date of certification.
betpk acts as an agent facilitating access to these games but does not develop or operate the game software directly. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, betpk will obtain the relevant game log from the provider and use it as the basis for resolving the dispute.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during a round, the round will be declared void and any stake involved will be returned. betpk will not be liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpk and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
